Services
CHXT provides professional truck washing services at its Aulnay-sous-Bois location. Service times are indicative (average 30 minutes) and may vary depending on traffic and vehicle condition.

Bookings
Bookings can be made via the website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking confirmation will be sent by email or message. CHXT reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to operational constraints, weather conditions, or force majeure.

Payments
Payments are made on-site via TPE (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, contactless). Fleet contracts may be invoiced separately according to agreed terms.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must arrive on time, provide accurate vehicle information, and follow on-site instructions for safe maneuvering and washing. CHXT reserves the right to refuse service to clients acting in bad faith or causing disruption.

Liability
CHXT is committed to professional care but cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or loss of personal belongings left in vehicles.

Intellectual Property
All website content is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
